What’s included in the standard Exhibitor Package?

  • 1 x 6ft Oblong Table with black cover with 2 Chairs
  • 1 x 13-amp power can be supplied to your oblong table if required.
  • Wi-Fi details will be shared closer to the event date.
  • AV is not typically included at each table but let us know if you have any specific needs and we’ll advise.

Where can I sit and work?

  • There will be open areas at Origin & Bloom Cafe, level 4, where sponsor staff can sit or work from if needed.

Is it possible to rent any additional equipment beyond what is provided as part of the sponsorship/exhibit?

  • As the space is fully utilised with oblong and cocktail tables, we’re not recommending additional furniture.
  • If you have unique requirements, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate within space constraints.

Are there any deadlines related to decisions or deliverables for the exhibit space?

  • Deliveries can be made between Saturday, 13 September to Sunday, 14 September.

When will the space be made available for exhibit set up and tear down?

  • Set-up: From 07:00 on Monday 15th September 2025
  • Tear-down: Begins after 17:00 on Tuesday 16th September 2025
  • Access will be through the main entrance of Sands Expo & Convention Centre. If there are any changes or specific access instructions, we’ll share them in advance.

Travel FAQs

Getting to the Venue

  • What’s the best way to get to the venue?

The easiest way is by MRT — the Bayfront Station (CE1/DT16) is right beneath Marina Bay Sands, with exits leading straight into the mall and hotel. Taxis and ride-hailing apps such as Grab are also widely available from Changi Airport.

  • Which airport is closest to the venue?
    Singapore Changi Airport (SIN)
  • How long does it take from the airport to the venue?
    • By Car: Approx. 20–25 minutes
      • Use “Marina Bay Sands, 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956” for GPS
      • Route: ECP → Sheares Ave exit → Bayfront Avenue
    • By Taxi:
      • Approx. 20–30 minutes
      • Between S$20–S$40 from the airport
      • Metered fare; wait times may be longer depending on traffic conditions
    • By MRT (Train):
      • Changi Airport (CG2) → Expo (EW4) [Transfer to Downtown Line] → Bayfront (CE1/DT16)
      • Approx. 60 minutes
      • Between S$2–S$3
  • Are there public transport options from the city centre?
    Yes — MRT (trains), buses, and taxis are all available.
  • Is there parking at the venue?
    Yes, at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, 10 Bayfront Ave, Singapore 018956

    • Rates:
      • S$14.00 for first hour and S$1.50 for every subsequent half an hour
      • S$32.00 per 24 hours
      • Concession parking coupon is S$12.84 nett, which can be obtained from the Business Center (L4), 8AM–6PM
  • Do you provide a shuttle from the airport or hotels?
    No, there is no shuttle service provided.
  • Will there be signs or directions at the venue?
    Yes, signage will be available on the ground floor of Sands Expo & Convention Centre.
  • What are badge pickup hours?
    Badges can be collected from Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Melati Junior Ballroom Level 4 on Sunday, September 14 from 6PM
  • Are travel costs covered or reimbursed by the organisers?
    No, attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs.
  • Is there a recommended arrival time/date?
    We recommend arriving on the evening of Sunday, September 14 and departing after 14:00 on Tuesday, 16th September 2025.
