Expo FAQs 

What’s included in the standard Exhibitor Package? 

  • 1 x 6ft Trestle Table (no chairs) 
  • Power can be supplied to your trestle table if required. 
  • Wi-Fi details will be shared closer to the event date. 
  • AV is not typically included at each table but let us know if you have any specific needs and we’ll advise. 

Where can I sit and work? 

  • There will be breakout areas around the venue where sponsor staff can sit or work from if needed.

Is it possible to rent any additional equipment beyond what is provided as part of the sponsorship/exhibit? 

  • As the space is fully utilised with trestle and poser tables, we’re not recommending additional furniture. 
  • If you have unique requirements, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate within space constraints.

Are there any deadlines related to decisions or deliverables for the exhibit space? 

  • Deliveries can be made between Friday 7th – Sunday 9th November.

When will the space be made available for exhibit set up and tear down?  

  • Set-up: From 15:00 on Monday 10th November 
  • Tear-down: Begins after 17:00 on Wednesday 12th November 
  • Access will be through the main entrance of The Gibson Hotel. If there are any changes or specific access instructions, we’ll share them in advance.

Getting to the Venue 

  • What’s the best way to get to the venue?
    The easiest way is by Luas tram — the Red Line ‘The Point’ stop is right outside The Gibson Hotel. Taxis and the Aircoach service are also available from Dublin Airport. 
  • Which airport is closest to the venue?
    Dublin Airport (DUB) 
  • How long does it take from the airport to the venue? 
  • By Car: Approx. 20–30 minutes 
  • Use postcode D01 X2P2 in Sat Nav for The Gibson Hotel 
  • Route: M1 south Port Tunnel (toll applies) Sheriff Street underground Euro Car Park

    No, there is no shuttle service provided. 
  • Will there be signs or directions at the venue?
    Yes, signage will be available on the ground floor of The Gibson Hotel. 
  • What are badge pickup hours?
    Badges can be collected from The Gibson Hotel on Monday November 10 from 7.30pm 
  • Are travel costs covered or reimbursed by the organisers?
    No, attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs. 
  • Is there a recommended arrival time/date?
    We recommend arriving on the evening of Monday 10th November and departing after 17:30 on Wednesday 12th November 2025.
