Zack is a Predictive Maintenance Engineering Manager at United Airlines, where he leads a team developing predictive alerts and health monitoring solutions for engines and APUs.

After joining United Airlines in 2018, he spent five years as a powerplant engineer supporting the PW4000 and APU programmes.

Zack earned his bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from Texas A&M University.
