A certified Professional Technologist and HRDF trainer, Uma has spoken in 16 countries and received global recognitions including the Women in Aviation 2024.

She also mentors youth, serves as a Toastmasters leader, and actively promotes inclusive, innovative, and sustainable futures in aviation and space.
