Tsubasa Yamada joined Peach Aviation Limited in 2011 and is currently General Manager of the Engineering Department. In this role, he takes care of the engineering related jobs (reliability management, troubleshooting, etc) for engines, avionics, and other systems.

In parallel, he works to develop digital solutions within the maintenance and engineering function (AVIATAR, SKYWISE), and coordinating these efforts with other departments.
