Shakespear Nyamande has almost two decades of international experience in aviation maintenance and operations, starting with a B1 Apprenticeship at Air Zimbabwe and advancing through senior roles at Etihad Aviation Group, H+S Aviation, Air Astana and Joramco.

His career reflects a rare blend of technical depth and financial acumen, enabling him to strengthen performance, reduce costs, and enhance operational delivery across both airlines and MROs.

At Joramco, Shakespear served as vice president of planning, where he led initiatives that improved efficiency and sharpened business performance. Building on this foundation, he has transitioned to a digitalisation role with a focus on paperless transformation.

Known for solving complex challenges and leading projects that deliver tangible results, Shakespear is a strong advocate for harnessing digital tools to modernise maintenance practices, simplify processes, and position aviation organisations for sustainable growth.
