Sadanari joined All Nippon Airways in 2015 as an avionics mechanic. He maintained aircraft components and contributed to the in-house development of ACMS software.

Building on this experience, Sadanari transitioned to aircraft parts procurement in 2018. Leveraging his knowledge gained in procurement, he joined the predictive maintenance project for aircraft in 2021. Currently, Sadanari focuses on applying flight data for predictive maintenance, both on board and on the ground, to optimise aircraft operations.
