Dr. Rafi Wadan is CEO and Co-founder of Stargazr, an AI-powered decision intelligence platform serving aviation MRO providers and industrial manufacturers.

He holds a PhD in Management Accounting and AI from TU Chemnitz and serves as Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California.

Prior to founding Stargazr, Rafi gained extensive experience in digital transformation at NIVEA and Lufthansa Technik, uniquely positioning him to bridge academic research with practical MRO applications.
