As Digital Solutions Customer Success Manager, Petros enables airlines to realise their digital potential, whether this involves aircraft health monitoring, connectivity, eOperations or data platform integration and analytics.
Petros is passionate about driving digital transformation in order to generate operational value within the airline industry.
He has specialised in the field of aircraft health monitoring and has developed his expertise while working at Airbus over the last 20 years. During this time he has delivered applied innovation in Diagnostics Systems Engineering and, more recently, predictive maintenance, across a wide range of aircraft programmes like the A320, A330, A380 and the A350.
Petros relishes the prospect and challenge of enabling airlines to harness the true potential of aircraft digital capabilities and during his MSc in Aircraft Maintenance Management at City University London, he studied how Airbus could engage in the development of digital services that enable a step change in operational efficiency for airlines.
He has been a catalyst in the development of Airbus’ predictive maintenance digital solution and has worked hand in hand with major airlines to enable its industrial deployment across their fleets. In doing so, Petros has built trustful relationships and developed strong engagement that have empowered airlines to achieve their digital ambitions.
