Pascal began his journey at Condor as an FDM Analyst/Programmer, gaining a strong background in flight operations quality assurance (FOQA) and working with full-flight data.
Prior to his current role, he worked extensively on reliability data analysis and aircraft phase-in data uploads, supporting the integration of new aircraft into the fleet with a focus on data quality and operational readiness.
Since 2025, he has been working as a Predictive Maintenance Engineer, where he plays a key role in implementing data-driven maintenance analytics to enhance operational reliability and safety.
Pascal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on aeronautical engineering, and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin.
