As Senior Vice President Technical at JSA, Melvin is responsible for the regional technical teams and provides crucial technical input for aircraft leases at the transaction level.

Before joining JSA, Melvin spent eight years with Avolon and five years with Nordic Aviation Capital.

His roles involved being the technical lead in negotiations for aircraft leases, supporting the delivery of new aircraft, and managing aircraft transitions between operators.

Melvin’s professional background also includes tenure at Vueling Airlines, Lufthansa Technik, and Aer Lingus.
