Mark is a Senior Manager at Boeing Global Services (BGS) Engineering, leading teams in predictive maintenance, data analytics, digital thread and digital twin development to enhance airline operations, product quality and reliability.

He operationalised the Boeing Prognostic Research Collaboration programme, advancing aviation prognostics with data from 35+ airlines.

Previously, Mark developed commercial predictive maintenance capabilities and led the Boeing 777X Reliability and Maintainability team.

He holds degrees in Aerospace and Systems Engineering.
