Joan Ng is a Predictive Maintenance Specialist at Singapore Airlines with expertise in data-driven maintenance practices. Since joining in 2017, she has developed prognostics capabilities for the airline, preventing aircraft delays and transforming maintenance processes.

As the Airbus Skywise focal, she works closely with the technical services and drives predictive maintenance programmes in collaboration with other OEMs.
