Gururaj Saralaya has around 14 years of experience in the aviation industry spanning across component design, manufacturing, MRO operations and PHM solutions.

He leads the team of Ascentia fleet monitors, model developers, and software developers from India working closely in sync with the airlines to address their long standing and emerging issues affecting fleet dispatch reliability.

Gururaj has holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University & has been associated with Collins Aerospace for the past 12 years.
