Having worked across various roles within the aviation sector, Edgaras is currently part of an airline operating as an ACMI provider. The dynamic nature of the fleet – featuring aircraft of different ages, models, and configurations, presents unique challenges, particularly in the development and implementation of predictive maintenance strategies.

Since joining CAMO, Edgaras has been addressing the operational intricacies of working with PBH (Power-By-the-Hour) providers, where component removals must be carefully balanced with serviceability and cost-efficiency considerations. This experience has deepened their understanding of data-driven maintenance planning and fleet optimisation.
