Dustin leads a team working to enhance and implement Delta Air Lines’ predictive engineering platform into TechOps business practices. He also supports the Digital Alliance regarding the Delta Air Lines member contributions.

Dustin joined Delta Air Lines in 2021 as the Manager of the Digital Alliance where he integrated predictive models into the S. Predictive Maintenance+ solution. 

Prior to Delta Air Lines, Dustin spent seven years at GE Digital developing predictive analytics, supporting product management, customer engagement, and adoption. Before that, he worked for seven years at FedEx Express where he developed aircraft modifications as part of a team certifying the installation of Head-Up Displays on the fleet.

Dustin received a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois.
