Brian directs the strategy and execution of a global predictive maintenance and analytics platform serving airline maintenance operations worldwide.

His work centres on applying data science, cloud architecture, and machine learning – including NLP-based fault detection and predictive modeling – to improve aircraft reliability, reduce unscheduled maintenance, and optimise operational efficiency.

Under his leadership, the platform has expanded across major fleets such as the Boeing 787, 737NG, and Airbus A320.

Brian started his career as an aircraft technician, physically working on the aircraft, as well as filling several reliability roles at an airline. This has allowed him to bridge the gap between aviation engineering and data-driven decision-making, advancing the industry’s digital transformation.

He holds an MBA from Oklahoma State University and is pursuing a Master’s in Information and Data Science at UC Berkeley.
