Aidan joined easyJet in 2007 after 16 years with Aer Lingus, which included an Avionic Apprenticeship, Workshop Technician, Licensed Line Maintenance Engineer, Supervisor and Duty Maintenance Manager.

Currently Aidan is Head of Maintenance Operations, responsible for daily tech OPS of easyJet’s fleet of 356 A320 family aircraft, outsourced line maintenance across Europe, training, and easyJet’s engineering apprenticeship programme.

Aidan completed his Executive MBA with Cranfield University in 2019, and is an advocate of innovation, with significant involvement in the development and adoption of Airbus predictive maintenance.
