My inaugural participation in the PAM conference occurred in November 2023, and I anticipate future engagements. The event featured an exceptional business program, boasting esteemed industry speakers from all areas of aviation, shedding light on their contributions and insights into the realm of predictive maintenance, along with the common challenges faced.

In addition to the business agenda, the social components of the conference were another highlight. Outside of the conference room, we enjoyed a series of engaging social activities that followed each conference day. These activities included quality meals, open bars, spirited games of bowling in a luxurious 5-star hotel setting, and engaging sessions of karaoke.
