David Marty serves as head of digital sales and marketing at Airbus and is responsible for the promotion and sales of the complete portfolio of Airbus digital solutions (including the Skywise platform).
He has more than 20 years of aviation experience mainly in commercial aircraft but always focussing on customer and value creation.
David joined the Airbus Technical publication department in 2001 during the development phase of the A380 programme. After that, he held various positions in the Airbus Support engineering departments dealing with airlines and MROs operating all types of Airbus aircraft (including ACJ).
David has spent more than 10 years in the scheduled maintenance department in charge of the development of tailored and customised solutions. David was also maintenance programme approver in the frame of the Airbus CAMO organisation. During this decade, David has managed several engineering projects and task forces such as parking and storage during the Covid-19 crisis.
David graduated from Institute of Aeronautical Maintenance in Bordeaux.
