Biography
After 20 years working in Strategy, Marketing and Digital for the airlines of the Air France KLM Group, Jacques-Olivier has moved to AFI KLM E&M in 2015 as Marketing Director and became VP Digital Marketing in 2017 because today, Marketing and Digital always come together.
His mission is now to develop AFI KLM E&M Digital Services in order to enhance Customer operations and Customer experience in a “Maintenance as a Service” spirit. Predictive Maintenance is at the heart of this strategy and opens the door to the next steps of maintenance.
